We believe disability inclusion is both a social imperative and a strategic business advantage—fostering innovation, engagement, and stronger company culture. The 2027 Disability at Work Survey aims to better understand the experiences of people with disabilities in today's evolving workforce. As technology continues to reshape how organizations recruit, hire, onboard, and support employees, we are particularly interested in the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the employment process. This year's supplementary questions will gather insights on: - - - Awareness and use of AI-powered hiring tools and platforms - Perceived benefits and concerns surrounding AI in recruitment and employment - Accessibility, fairness, and potential barriers created by AI-driven processes - Trust in AI decision-making and its impact on the candidate and employee experience Your feedback will help us track year-over-year trends in disability employment, hiring, and workplace accommodations, while ensuring the experiences and perspectives of people with disabilities are reflected in discussions about the future of work. #### **How can I participate?** We value your voice. If you are a U.S. resident, 18 years or older, and identify as a person with a disability, we invite you to share your experiences. Your insights are essential to shaping a more inclusive and equitable future of work. #### **How will my responses be used?** Survey responses will remain **confidential and anonymous**. The insights we gather will help us: - - - Develop resources and training for employers to improve inclusive hiring, retention, and workplace culture - Advise companies—especially our clients—on how to respond to the evolving needs of the disability community - Advocate for stronger protections and visibility for workers with disabilities, especially in the face of current political and policy shifts We’ll also use aggregate results to publish thought leadership and share the real-world perspectives of people with disabilities, ensuring that policy and business decisions are informed by those most affected.
